Since 2022, ASCEND has been one of the first Official Training Clubs in the Midwest Region.

Being an Official Training Club means we have:

  1. THREE years of competition experience

  2. EXCLUSIVE programming/training methods

  3. CERTIFIED coaches specializing in form, regulations and competition rules.

HYROX CHI 2025 GALLERY

HYROX training is a dynamic fitness program embodying a unique blend of functional fitness and endurance. Designed to test mental and physical strength, HYROX challenges participants to complete a series of eight different workout stations in a specific sequence intermixed with 1km of running. Each station targets various muscle groups, from rowing and sled pushes to wall balls and burpees, enhancing overall strength, power, and cardio endurance. What sets HYROX apart is its element of competition & functional fitness movements, as athletes strive to achieve their personal best times and rankings globally.
